🥞 Classic Hungarian Palacsinta

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweet version)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • Extra oil or butter for frying

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
  2. Add flour, sugar (if using), salt, and oil. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl to cover the pan.
  6. Cook for about 1–2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.
