
🛒 Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
For the pasta:
- 300 g linguine (or fettuccine)
- Salt for boiling water
For the Alfredo sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the pasta
- Boil linguine in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and set aside (reserve 1/2 cup pasta water).
2. Cook the chicken
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken strips and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
3. Make the Alfredo sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Combine everything
- Add cooked linguine into the sauce.
- Mix well, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
- Add the cooked chicken and toss gently.
5. Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
- Serve hot and creamy!
