
🛒 Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp Hungarian paprika
- 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Sauté the base
- Melt butter with olive oil in a pot.
- Add onions and cook until soft and translucent.
- Stir in garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
2. Cook the mushrooms
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and start to brown.
3. Build the flavor
- Stir in paprika, dill, and soy sauce.
- Sprinkle in flour and mix well to coat everything.
4. Add liquids
- Slowly pour in broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Simmer
- Cook for about 10–15 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Finish creamy
- Lower heat and stir in sour cream and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
