🥣 Ingredients:

  • 500–700 g chicken breast (csirkemell), sliced
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2–3 tablespoons oil or lard
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tomato (or 1 tbsp tomato paste)
  • 200 ml sour cream (tejföl)
  • 1 tablespoon flour (optional, for thickening)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 200–300 ml water or broth
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bacon until slightly crispy.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft and golden.
  3. Remove from heat, add paprika, and stir quickly.
  4. Add garlic, tomato, and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms soften.
  5. Add chicken breast pieces and season with salt and pepper.
