
🧾 Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
- 80 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 80 g butter (melted)
- 7 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)
- 1 pinch salt
For coating:
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Melted butter (for brushing)

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Activate yeast:
Mix yeast with lukewarm milk and a little sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. - Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, and yeast mixture. Knead into a smooth, elastic dough. - Let it rise:
Cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough:
Roll out the dough and cut into long strips. - Wrap the strips around lightly greased cylindrical molds (or improvised rolling pins), overlapping slightly.
- Coat:
Brush with melted butter and roll in sugar (and cinnamon if using).
