
🧾 Ingredients:
- 700 g ground pork (or pork + beef mix)
- 2 slices bread (soaked in milk and squeezed) or 80 g breadcrumbs
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 eggs
- 1–2 tbsp Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried marjoram (optional)
- 3–4 hard-boiled eggs (for the center)
- 2 tbsp oil or lard

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prepare mixture:
In a bowl, combine ground meat, soaked bread (or breadcrumbs), onion, garlic, raw eggs, paprika, mustard, salt, pepper, and marjoram. - Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape meatloaf:
On a baking sheet or board, shape half of the meat mixture into a loaf. - Place peeled hard-boiled eggs in a line down the center.
- Cover with the remaining meat mixture and shape into a loaf, sealing edges well.
- Bake:
Place in a greased baking dish and drizzle with oil or lard.
