Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Wait 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, oil, and mix into a soft dough.
  3. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide and flatten into discs.
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
  6. Serve hot.
