🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Linguine

  • Boil salted water.
  • Cook linguine until al dente.
  • Reserve ½ cup pasta water. Drain.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Chicken

  1. Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter + olive oil in a skillet.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.
  5. Remove chicken and keep warm.

3️⃣ Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream + milk.
  4. Simmer gently 2–3 minutes.
