1. Prep your veggies
Grate or finely chop the vegetables.
Squeeze out excess water (especially from zucchini or potatoes).
2. Mix the batter
In a bowl, combine:
- Veggies
- Onion
- Garlic
- Cheese
- Egg
- Flour (or breadcrumbs/oats)
- Salt, pepper, paprika, herbs
Mix until a thick pattie mixture forms.
(If too wet β add more flour or breadcrumbs)
3. Shape
Take a handful and form small patties.
4. Cook
Heat a little oil in a skillet.
Fry patties 3β4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

- Inside sandwiches or wraps
