1. Mix
In a large bowl, combine:
- Flour
- Yeast
- Salt
Pour in warm water and stir with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.
(No kneading needed!)
2. Rest
Cover bowl with plastic wrap or a towel.
Let rise for 1β2 hours until doubled and bubbly.
3. Shape
Dust dough with flour, fold edges in a few times, and form a rough ball.
(It doesn’t need to be perfect.)
Place on parchment paper.
4. Bake
Preheat oven to 450Β°F / 230Β°C.
Place a Dutch oven or heavy pot inside to heat.
Carefully place dough into the hot pot.
Cover with lid.
Bake:
- 30 minutes covered
- 10β15 minutes uncovered to brown

- If you donβt have a Dutch oven, bake on a tray with a small pan of water below for steam
