Cheesy Mashed Potato Nests Stuffed with Savory Ground Meat

Ingredients

Potato nests:

• 4 potatoes
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• 1 egg
• Salt & pepper

Meat filling:

• 300–400 g ground beef
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 small tomato (optional)
• 2 tbsp oil
• Salt, pepper, paprika

Instructions

1. Boil potatoes, then mash them.
2. Mix with butter, milk, cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook onion and garlic in oil.
4. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
5. Add tomato and spices, cook until done.
6. Put mashed potatoes into a muffin tray and shape into nests.
7. Fill with meat mixture.
