
Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce π€π
Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) linguine
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ΒΌ tsp paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook chicken
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Make garlic butter sauce
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter.
- Add garlic and sautΓ© 30 seconds (do not burn).
- Alfredo sauce
- Pour in cream and milk. Simmer gently 3β4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Combine
- Return chicken to skillet.
- Add cooked linguine and toss to coat in sauce.
- Serve
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
