Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce 🀍🍝

Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) linguine
  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ΒΌ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook chicken
    • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet.
    • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
    • Cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make garlic butter sauce
    • In the same skillet, melt remaining butter.
    • Add garlic and sautΓ© 30 seconds (do not burn).
  4. Alfredo sauce
    • Pour in cream and milk. Simmer gently 3–4 minutes.
    • Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine
    • Return chicken to skillet.
    • Add cooked linguine and toss to coat in sauce.
  6. Serve
    • Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
