Crispy Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

For the Chicken Tenders

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breasts)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Dipping Sauce

  • ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: a dash of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Prepare three bowls:
    • Flour
    • Beaten eggs
    • Breadcrumbs
  3. Coat each chicken tender: flour β†’ egg β†’ breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry tenders 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
  6. Mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Serve hot with the sauce.
