Homemade Dinner: Sausage with Potato Bread

Instructions:
For the sausage, grind the pork meat and mix it with garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and a little cold water until well combined. Fill the casings and shape into links, then let them rest before cooking, smoking, or frying.

For the potato bread, dissolve the yeast with sugar in lukewarm water or milk. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and mashed potatoes, then add the yeast mixture and oil. Knead until you get a soft, slightly sticky dough. Let it rise until doubled in size.

Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a baking pan. Let it rise again until puffy. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and crusty.

Serve the warm homemade sausage with slices of soft potato bread.
