Hungarian Chicken Paprikash (Paprikás Csirke)

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken pieces
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pepper
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Fry onion in oil until soft.
  2. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add paprika, tomato, and pepper.
  4. Add a little water and simmer 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream and cook 5 minutes more.
