Zöldborsóleves

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 500 g green peas
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1.2 liters broth
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup small pasta or soup noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and sauté onion and carrots until soft.
  2. Stir in flour and paprika.
  3. Add peas and broth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer 15–20 minutes.
  6. Add pasta and cook until tender.
