
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour with baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the oil, yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth, thick batter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly.
Wash the plums, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Arrange them on top of the batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little extra sweetener if desired.
Bake for about 35–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
