Dough
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water (as needed)
Filling
- Β½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1Β½ cups green onions (scallions), finely chopped
- Β½ tsp salt
- Optional: pinch of black pepper or garlic powder

- Mix flour and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and knead until a soft, smooth dough forms.
- Cover and rest 20β30 minutes (very important).
2οΈβ£ Roll & Layer
- Divide dough into equal balls.
- Roll one ball very thin (almost transparent).
- Brush generously with oil/butter.
- Sprinkle with green onions and a pinch of salt.
- Roll into a long strip, then coil into a spiral.
- Flatten gently into a round pancake.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
3οΈβ£ Cook
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil.
- Cook flatbreads 2β3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Flip gently and press lightly for even browning.
