Instructions:

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add milk and oil, then mix well.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Pour into a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool completely.
  6. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff.
  7. Spread cream over the cake.
  8. Decorate with fresh fruit.
  9. Chill before serving and slice for the celebration.
