
🧾 Ingredients:
- 500 g ground pork (or pork + beef mix)
- 1 small onion (finely grated or chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 egg
- 2 slices bread (soaked in milk and squeezed) or 80 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 1 tsp dried marjoram (optional)
- Oil for frying

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prepare mixture:
In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, soaked bread (or breadcrumbs), paprika, salt, pepper, mustard, and marjoram. - Mix well until fully combined and slightly sticky.
- Shape meatballs:
Form small balls or slightly flattened patties with your hands.
- Fry:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. - Fry meatballs for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
