  • 2 cups ground walnuts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs (separated)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the frosting (optional):

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
