  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Cut a V-shaped wedge out of the top of each hoagie roll and remove some of the bread to create a “boat.”
  3. Brush the inside of each roll lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Warm the meatballs in a pan with marinara sauce until heated through.
  5. Spoon 3–4 meatballs into each boat and top generously with sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake on a foil-lined baking sheet for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is slightly crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley. Serve warm!
